FTP Voyager Scheduler

Does anybody know how to get the scheduler to upload just files of a certain type from a folder instead of the whole folder itself?  I only want to upload all files with a certain file extension from that folder but the scheduler grabs the whole folder and all contents and uploads it.  Any help would be appreciated.
