FTP Voyager - When entering the registration key, Voyager Freezes and the server goes to BSOD

Good Day,

We installed FTP Voyager on Windows Server 2003 and when the registration code is entered, the program freezes and then the server goes to BSOD.

I've uninstalled FTP Voyager and installed again, but the same BSOD happens when we go to register the product.
