Hello,
I have setup a FTP Voyager Scheduled Task that will not executing. The task is setup to reach out to a FTP to move down any available files and also move up any new files that have been created locally.
When the task is scheduled, it will not stop executing and no available files are pulled down from the FTP or moved up to the FTP site.
Any help is appreciated.

Got FTP-Voyager to work great in command mode using a batch file to initiate file sync to my server from industrial robots to back them up. Was working great as far as doing the job closing out starting another instance and going to the next robot.
New problem.....
It no longer closes out at the end of the sync. What option did I change that keeps FTP-Voyager from closing ? I am using "autoquit=1" in the command line.

Had a quick question...
We are able to download files using command line code (get =""), but have not been able to delete those files once downloaded.
Here are a couple of things we have tried,
1) del = ""
2) dele = ""
3) Delete = ""
None of these seem to work. We are working with SFTP on port 990. We tried deleting manually using the FTP Voyager interface and we were able to. So it is not a permission issue, i think.
Any help with the syntax or any insight onto the issue will be of great help.

I want to download files by the date modified ie files with the current date in the date column. Does anyone know how I might be able to use the scheduler to download files based on the file modified date?

I'm using ServU-FTP Server (latest) and FTP-Voyager (latest) for synchronizing files from Server to local.
1) The Settings are the same as in the older Versions. When I start downloading, there seems some work to be done, but no files are downloaded. Just nothing happened.
2) How can I get the old Explorer view (local and remote) view in FTP Voyager?

We have an instance running that has a number of Scheduler jobs. We recently added a new job and that caused the scheduler to hang, constantly using about 15% cpu and the GUI will no longer launch. Removing the FTPVoyager.Archive and Scheduler.Archive files and restarting the scheduler allows the GUI to open. The question is, how can we remove the addition to the corrupted files?

i believe the issue is with encryption because Winscp had Diffi Helman Exchange group that is not available in FTP voyager

I am utilizing the FTP Voyager client to down a 10MB file over an SFTP connection. It will download about half of the file and then fail giving an SSH_FXP_STATUS: status: SSH_FX_FAILURE; description: Invalid message length in SFTP protocol [808531500] error message. If I wait for the client to give the Disconnect message and then retry the download using the Resume option it will complete the transfer. I have tried this with the 16.2.0.328 and the 16.0.2.0 clients. Since this is a scheduled task, the resume option is not very practical. Are there any options that I can configure to keep this connection working to complete the full download in one attempt

Using date variables followed by a wildcard Using date variables WITHOUT a wildcard
Since today is September 30 2014, I KNOW %m = 09, %d = 30, and %Y = 2014. Yet, somehow the date variables are not being interpreted. Any idea why not?
I need to get a registration ID for FTP Voyager 16.0.2.0 which had

think I will be able to re install, as I believe ftp voyager uses the internet

i have a task i want to delete from the scheduler. It starts automatically and never ends. I click the stop button and it doesn' t do anything. Is there a way to clear the list manually?

I have a file on a remote site, File1.txt and I need to download it twice. Each time however, I need to rename the file to a different name:
File1.txt ---> abc.txt
File1.txt ---> def.txt
I'm not sure how to accomplish this, since file rename rules are PROFILE specific rather than Scheduled Job Specific. Any ideas?

Hi Guys,
I have an instance of Scheduler which works fine if target 'Date' directory exists however i want the scheduler to automatically create destination directory based on date.
I am using e.g. d:\path\%Y%m%d as the target but scheduler fails as it cannot see the directory. My understanding was that it will automatically create one if target does not exist.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm running this script on my PC1 with FTP Voyager version 16.2 but it does just open FTP voyager and DOES NOTHING. No file transfer at all.
I checked and I do see 2 zip files inside d:\temp\ folder. However if I take this same script and execute on another PC and it work fine. This PC has same FTP voyager version and same configuration as PC1.

MY FTP Voyager cannot login to our ISP Server.
I have purchased a mew computer with WIN 10 and I have WIN 10 on the computer I am moving to.
My FTP Voyager works on my old Win 10 and mot the new win10?
I have checked everything and cannot find why where?
Everything appears the same.
FTP Voyager logs in fine and then is not passing the password correctly to the ISP Server. Password failed...
1. checked firewall
2. checked and recreated FTP accounts on the ISP Account server...
Still cannot login.

Hi All. I upgraded by FTP Voyager/Scheduler from v13 to v16. The interface I like along with the stability but I am having issues galore. So I'll post some and see what I get back. The questions below assume it worked fine in v13 and isn't or is doing something different in v16.
1) My downloads from Unix to Windows used ASCII and was fine. Now the CR (carriage returns) are being stripped and I can't figure out why or how to fix it. In global and profile options I have tried all 3 transfer modes. The file is still stripped.
2) My scheduler actions I have just the file to download and the local path I could use the variables for dates and also rename it from there. Now, if I use a variable or rename in that local path line, it creates a folder with the dates variables and put the file in side unchanged. <- driving me crazy.
3) Many jobs were failing saying "path not found" which I learned has to be the absolute path now. Is this true?
Any help with these would be great. I have had to write a bunch of batch files for temporary use until I can figure out how to make Voyager do it [again] like it has been.

Trying to use the FTP Voyager as a backup utility for my dedicated server.
Runs flawlessly until it hits the last folder. Thought for a while it was hanging in the middle of the backup, but created a empty folder after the last folder it had been backing up - and it hung on that folder.
It reaches the point where it should just disconnect from the remote server, with a complete back up. But it does not disconnect and repeating a KEEP ALIVE line.
Any suggestions on how to get it to disconnect and complete the job?
